The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full operations of the Japan Central Store Branch. This includes team management, inventory control, sales strategy execution, customer experience, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a passion for retail excellence and operational efficiency.
Lead, train, and supervise store staff to meet performance and service goals.
Plan and execute strategies to boost sales, foot traffic, and customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, order stock, and ensure timely replenishment.
Oversee visual merchandising and maintain high store presentation standards.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and prepare performance reports.
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and company policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Solid knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
Experience with POS systems and inventory management tools.
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
