Position Summary

As the Store Manager of our Bimi Gyomu Super, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, sales performance, customer service, inventory control, and financial management. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards and driving continuous improvement in store performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage store staff to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets.

  • Monitor store performance and implement strategies to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

  • Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, and product displays.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

  • Handle customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive shopping environment.

  • Oversee daily cash management, banking, and financial reporting.

  • Liaise with head office and suppliers to ensure smooth store operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage teams and meet performance goals.

  • Experience with retail systems, POS, and basic financial reporting.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
